UP Lantern Parade 2011

After the Oblation Run, vibrant colors and quirky characters filled the UP campus for the Lantern Parade. Obviously, the best and most creative floats belong to the College of Fine Arts. The designs were really beautifully crafted. The theme for the College of Fine Arts is “Pinoy: Noon at Ngayon” featuring things we’ve grown up with in our childhood days and characters in modern Philippine pop culture. First place went to the College of Home Economics while the College of Arts and Letters placed second.
